We hold a short time of prayer at 1pm every weekday at St Andrew's and St George's West, led by members of the church community. This lasts about 20 minutes and everyone is welcome to attend. On Tuesdays this takes the form of a short Communion service. You can also leave prayer requests on the prayer table at any time, and there is always quiet space in St Andrew's and St George's West for personal prayer and reflection, either in…

Our 9.45am Learning Together service incorporates new liturgy and creative activities for all ages. It’s led by members and is by turns challenging, dynamic or reflective. We also lead the music with a variety of instruments and a monthly Leaning Together Band. Everyone is welcome to join the service.

11am Morning Worship at St Andrew’s and St George’s West includes a stimulating 10 minute talk and excellent choral and instrumental music. Brigitte Harris directs our choir and musicians. Children of all ages are welcome, enjoying a short talk and then creative learning and play in our Bright Sparks Children’s programme. After worship there’s a chance to enjoy a really good cup of coffee or tea – fair trade of course – and to chat downstairs in the Undercroft.

The Amnesty Undercroft group meets monthly in Edinburgh City Centre. We write letters campaigning for the release of political prisoners. We also campaign to raise awareness of human rights issues, under the Amnesty banner, and fundraise for Amnesty. We meet in the Undercroft Café beneath St Andrew's and St George's West Church, either at a table in the café or in the adjoining chapel to accommodate our growing group.
