2020 Christian Aid Sale at St Andrew’s and St George’s West 

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, the Christian Aid Sale at St Andrew’s and St George’s West Church normally held in May cannot go ahead.

Sale Convener Mary Davidson explains:

We have made this decision with profound sadness, not only because of the tragedy that has befallen the world but also because of the adversity Christian Aid at St Andrew’s and St George’s West Church faces after the years when we have been richly blessed, not least in the help you loyally give.  We mean to cope with this  resolutely and responsibly and thus to preserve and continue our work for Christian Aid and our prized fellowship.

It is now plain that we cannot proceed with the Sale as planned in May.   If and when it becomes clear that we can go ahead again with our plans  we will resume work and spread the news as widely as possible.
